Victor Dantas Law, Kudal was established in the year 2008. Legal Profession is treated as the most noble profession and education in the field of law is much more important. Legal profession is always treated as most noble profession in the world, as it deals with every aspect of personal and social life; and it mitigates the problems and plight of common man in need of help and assistance. The knowledge and expertise in law enables a person not only to pursue career in law practice but also in his job, service, very avocation, consultancy, social work, politics, and generally in every walk of life.
As there was no law college in Sindhudurg district. With a vision of a visionary and as a part of the service to the people of the Sindhudurg District, Mr. Victor Dantas established Victor Dantas Charitable and Educational Foundation and established the law college in the year 2008 to enable the locals to study law and acquire expertise near to their place of residence. The College is situated in the heart of Kudal city and in the heart of Sindhudurg District.
VDLC has entered into the 18th year of excellence with dedication. And along with development we also have a great infrastructure, well furnished library including and a well established grand Moot-Court hall and most importantly dedicated Professors and Staff Members.
Apart from providing opportunity to complete not only graduation but also we conduct various co-curricular activities to groom the students and to develop their personalities and fine tune their skills. Our mission is not only to bring out the law graduates but potential skilful and honest legal professionals.
