A.Common Entrance Test
Rules for Common Entrance Test to the first year of THREE YEARS (Regular)/FIVE YEARS Integrated Graduate Degree courses in Law.

B.Eligibility for the Admission :
       1. Eligibility for three year LL.B degree course (Regular)
       1.1 (i) Nativity
The candidate should be an Indian citizen/Foreign Person of Indian Origin (PIO). The candidate should produce any one of the following documents along with the application, to prove citizenship
a) Certificate from the competent authority to show that the candidate is a native of any State or Union Territory of India
b) True copy of the Birth Certificate of the candidate issued by Government Authority.
c) True copy of SSC Leaving Certificate of the candidate.
d) True copy of the relevant passport page of the candidate issued by concern Government.

1.2 (ii) Academic
a) Candidate seeking admission to the course should be a graduate of any faculty or any university of Maharashtra or any university recognized by U.G.C.

    1. Eligibility for Five Year LL.B degree course (Integrated)
      2.1 (i) Nativity
      The candidate should be an Indian Citizen/Foreign Person of Indian Origin (PIO). The candidate should produce any one of the following documents along with the application, to prove citizenship
      a) Certificate from the competent authority to show that the candidate is a native of any State or Union Territory of India.
      b) True copy of the Birth Certificate of the candidate issued by Government Authority.
      c) True copy of SSC Leaving Certificate of the candidate.
      d) True copy of the relevant passport page of the candidate issued by concern Government.
      2.2 (ii) Academic
      a) An applicant who have successfully completed senior secondary school course (+2) or equivalent (such as 11 +1 A level in senior secondary school leaving certificate course) from a recognized university of India or outside or from Secondary Board or equivalent.

C. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION :

Application forms for 5 years and 3 years degree courses & prospectus are available in the college office or on college website. Forms duly filled in must be submitted to the College office. Admissions are based on merit.

Students are required to confirm the admission in person by submitting the following certificates with the application form:-

  1. Original Allotment Letter issued by the State CET Cell.
  2. Original CET Score card and CET Hall ticket.
  3. Std. X Mark sheet & Passing Certificate (Original, One attested photocopy & Two Non Attested photocopies.)
  4. School Leaving Certificate (Original, One attested photocopy & Two Non Attested photocopies.)
  5. Std. XI Mark sheet (Original, One attested photocopy & Two Non Attested photocopies.)
  6. Std. XII Mark sheet & Passing Certificate (Original, One attested photocopy & Two Non Attested photocopies.)
  7. Std. XII Leaving Certificate (Original, One attested photocopy & Two Non Attested photocopies.)
  8. Degree mark sheets (All Semester), Degree Passing Certificate, Degree Certificate- for 3 Year Course (Original, One attested photocopy & Two Non Attested photocopies.)
  9. Degree Transfer Certificate.
  10. If the student is from other than Maharashtra State Board, he/she should submit the following additional documents:-
    1. Original Migration Certificate from the Board/University which he/she passes the examination and an attested photocopy thereof.
    2. A copy of the Provisional Eligibility Certificate and Enrollment Registration Form from the University of Mumbai, duly signed.
    3. A Provisional Eligibility fee of Rs. 320/- to be paid in cash at the time of admission.
  11. Caste Certificate, Caste Validity Certificate, Non Creamy Layer Certificate if applicable. (Original, one attested photocopy & Two Non Attested photocopies.)
  12. Domicile Certificate/ Birth Certificate/ School Leaving Certificate mentioning Place of Birth.
  13. Two (2) recent passport size photographs. (One photograph to be affixed on the Admission Form)
  14. Foreign students seeking admissions should produce their passport & student’s visa at the time of admissions. Student on tourist visa will not be admitted to the college.
  15. Married female students should produce attested true photocopy of marriage certificate or in case of change of name, they should produce an affidavit and an attested true photocopy of gazette publication.
  16. If subsequently it is found out that any statement of the applicant is incorrect or false, his/her admission is liable to be cancelled without refund of fees.

D. ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Rules for Centralized Admission/Allotment process to First year of Three Year (regular)/Five Year Integrated Graduate Degree course in law.
The Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) for admission to the First year of Three year (Regular)/Five year Integrated LL.B courses will be carried out by the competent authority. Students who appeared for CET can register for CAP online through its website or from the link given by the competent authority after downloading their rank cards.
